We implemented Lano's Employer of Record and Global Payroll Consolidation services a few months ago for our growing international team. The initial setup for EOR was fairly smooth, though it took about 8 business days to fully onboard our first employee in Germany, which was a bit longer than the estimate, but understandable given the paperwork. The Digital Onboarding process was intuitive, and the Employee Self-Service Portal has been a hit with our team members for managing their own details. We also integrated it with our existing HRIS, which was mostly painless thanks to their support team providing clear documentation. The Payroll Reporting features are comprehensive, giving us good oversight. International Payments have been on time, which is crucial. Their Compliance Management seems robust, covering local labor laws well. One small note: the initial response time from support for a complex tax question was about 24 hours, but the answer was thorough once it came through. Overall, it's a solid platform that delivers on its promises.

I used Lano for Contractor Management for the first time. It was pretty straightforward to get things set up, way easier than I thought it would be. Everything just made sense, no crazy jargon. Happy with how it went.

Good value, minor onboarding snag

We signed up for Lano's Contractor Management, and for the most part, it's been great. The Automated Invoicing feature really streamlined things for our freelancers, and the Multi-currency Wallet worked well for payments. I thought the pricing for the features we got was fair. The only small issue we ran into was with one contractor's initial Digital Onboarding. It took a couple of tries to get all their documents uploaded correctly, and the system flagged something incorrectly, which took a call to support to sort out. The support person was helpful, but it added an extra day to the process. Once that was done, everything else has been smooth sailing, and the platform has been reliable for our ongoing needs. Value for money is definitely there.
